Dr. Daniel Wasserman

Dr. Daniel Wasserman has had the luxury of training in some of the most premier medical centers in the Unites States. After completing his medical degree cum laude at Thomas Jefferson Medical College, he then traveled to Stanford University's Department of Surgery for his surgical internship. Following this time spent in California training with some of the world's top surgeons, he traveled back to New England for his dermatology residency at Boston and Tufts University Medical Centers.

Following his three years in dermatology residency, Dr. Wasserman was then selected for a fellowship in lasers and photomedicine at Harvard Medical School's Wellman Laboratories and Laser and Cosmetic Center. There, he received clinical training and conducted research in the same labs that developed laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, CoolSculpting®, fractionated lasers such as Fraxel, pulse dye lasers for the treatment of vascular conditions including pediatric birthmarks, and a collection of other well-known commercially available technologies.

Finally, Dr. Wasserman's commitment to education led him to complete a second separate fellowship in surgical and aesthetic procedures, spending a year training in Mohs surgery and cosmetic procedures in Birmingham, AL. After all of this time training in dermatology, Dr. Wasserman and his family moved to Naples, FL, in order to be closer to family.

Dr. Anne Marie Tremaine

Dr. Anne Marie Tremaine is a fellowship-trained, board-certified dermatologist with extensive training. After completing her medical degree at Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, NY, she traveled to Cooperstown, NY, to complete her medical internship at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital. After that internship, Dr. Tremaine spent the next few years dedicated to research by carrying out numerous clinical drug, vaccine, and cosmetic trials in Houston, Texas, and Irvine, California. Dr. Tremaine stayed at the University of California, Irvine, for her dermatology residency. It was at UCI that she started working with the physicians at the Beckman Laser Institute, an internationally known center for laser research, innovation, and cutting-edge treatments. At Beckman, she first realized her passion for laser medicine. After residency, she was selected for a cosmetic and laser fellowship at the prestigious Harvard Medical School's Wellman Center for Photomedicine. Dr. Tremaine was very fortunate to train at the top two laser institutes in the country and learn from world-famous experts in the field.

Dr. Anita Grassi

Dr. Anita Grassi is a board-certified dermatologist who joins Skin Wellness Physicians after a long career in both academic and private practice in the Boston area. She started her medical training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA. Upon graduation, she spent the next 2 years in an internal medicine internship and residency program at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. Grassi remained in Boston for dermatology residency at the Harvard Training Program in Dermatology including a 1 year clinical and research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. Grassi spent the next 30 years in practice at the Dermatology Laser and Cosmetic Center at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA where she gained experience in cutting-edge laser treatments of skin disorders. While there she also served on the faculty at Harvard Medical School as an assistant professor, part-time and was instrumental in training many residents and fellows in medical dermatology, laser, and cosmetic procedures. Drs. Wasserman and Tremaine were among two of the outstanding laser fellows she had the privilege to work with during those years. Furthermore, she co- founded a private practice in Watertown, MA bringing the same level of skillful dermatologic care into the community setting and served as a courtesy staff member at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA.

In 2021, after traveling to the beautiful Gulf Coast for many years, she and her husband decided to call Southwest Florida home.

Dr. Wong

Dr. Wong is a board-certified dermatologist with a dual M.D. and Ph.D. She joins Skin Wellness Physicians after a career as a faculty member and core teaching faculty at the Department of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her dermatology residency and served as the chief resident at Brown University. She is a renowned researcher with collaborators in North America, Europe and Asia. She has authored over 250 articles and textbook chapters to date on important topics such as eczema/atopic dermatitis, melanoma and basal cell carcinoma. She has been interviewed as a dermatology expert by Naples Illustrated Magaine, Input Magazine, Boston Magazine, Boston25 News and QuantiaMD. She has spoken and presented at more than 50 international and domestic conferences and received more than 40 awards and research grants for her scientific and clinical endeavors. She also serves as a consultant to medical diagnostic, therapeutic and technology companies. She is passionate about medical education. She serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the Chicago Medical School of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science advising aspiring dermatology students. She is also an instructor of dermatology at the Naples Community Hospital. She has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor Rising Star since 2020.

Dr. Wong is a leader in adult and pediatric dermatology, as well as cosmetic dermatology, offering procedures including Botox, cosmetic fillers, Kybella, chemical peels, lasers, and scalp injections for hair health.
